Shipping and Delivery
- All our shipments will be on door delivery basis as per the shipment address registered in the system during user registration.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
- There will not be additional delivery charges for shipments above a value of Rupees 5000.
- For all the materials in stock, our delivery lead time would be within 4-24hrs based on the time of order validation and payment completion.
- Wrong shipments and short shipments: Any wrong shipments or short shipments have to be reported by the customer within 6 hours from the time of delivery. Eazeebox (Elecroom Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) will not be liable for any damages if shipment issues are not reported within this timeline.
- In transit damages: All the customers can regret acceptance of deliveries which has visible transit damage. Any transit damage inside the master packing should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
- Eazeebox (Elecroom Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) will not be liable for any delayed deliveries caused due to acts of God, natural calamities, and disasters. 10. Force majeure applies to all transactions.
