Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation by Site / Customer
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, an order cannot be canceled. Any special requests for cancellations/amendments can be done through Eazeecare (our customer care center). Acceptance of cancellations or amendments will be at the sole discretion of Eazeebox (Elecroom Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

In case of any cancellations, the refund will take 7 working days to reflect in the store credit or source account.
